
Hello everyone! Welcome to Sunkissed Lex! I wanted to write this post today to hopefully answer some questions you might have about why I decided to start this blog, and to let you guys get to know a little bit more about me!
My goal with writing this blog is to make as many people smile as possible. I believe that people are meant to be happy, and that with a few minor changes in your everyday life, achieving that happiness is possible.
I have struggled with anxiety my whole life, and recently, it got to the point where I was having an anxiety attack every night, just worried that I would be sick and unable to go into work the next day. By reading through other people’s experiences on their blogs, I was able to use their advice and techniques on overcoming anxiety, and I started to feel better. As the months went by and I began to develop a routine, it felt like my brain began to shift into a new way of thinking; the changes I’ve incorporated into my daily life have given me more positivity and inspiration in the way I live. My motivation behind starting this blog is to document the changes I’ve made in my life that have helped me, in the hopes that they will help some of you.
I want you all to know that I do not have my whole life figured out, but I have experiences that I would like to share, and I hope in turn you will share your experiences with me. With everything going on in the world, I feel like there needs to be more safe places to express yourself, and I truly want this blog to be one of those places.
