Hey guys! Welcome back to Sunkissed Lex! I want to apologize in advance, because I’m traveling this weekend, so I won’t have time for a super in-depth post. However, I didn’t want to leave you with nothing for the week, so today’s post is a 28 day challenge that will hopefully help get you more in the habit of practicing self care! Let me know how it goes in the comments below! The main post for this week will be up on Wednesday, all about how to start getting in the habit of working out, so definitely keep an eye out!
