Holiday Gift Guide for the Active Guy

WELCOME TO BLOGMAS DAY THREE! Today I have a gift guide for that special man in your life! Although, I have to say, a lot of these gifts are gender-neutral, and would be perfect for anyone in your life who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I hope you all enjoy, and let me know what you think about these gifts in the comment section below the post!

DISCLAIMER: I do not make any type of commission or money if you click on the links I have provided. They are just there for your convenience!

LFT HVY SHT Hoodie 34.99

Having a hoodie for the gym is a must, and this one is simple so it will go with everything, plus it looks cool. It is fairly lightweight so it’s easy to layer it with other items, or use for a warm -up, and it is great quality!

RIVULUS Clean Gainer $56.99

I personally have never tried using a mass gainer (it has just never been a huge goal of mine to bulk up) but my boyfriend swears by this stuff. A lot of mass gainers are loaded with bad ingredients just to increase the carbohydrate load, but this one is a cleaner option that uses more natural ingredients. It is still loaded with calories and carbs (which is the point of a gainer), but overall it is a much better option compared to other mass gainers on the market.

Adjustable Dumbbell Set $219.99

This set is a bit pricey, but it’s also so versatile. I love that it can be dumbbells of all different weights, and it can also be transformed into a barbell, which is great for adding variety to your workouts. With so many gyms being shut down right now, this is a great gift to make it possible to workout from home!

Blender bottle set 21.03

These mini blender bottles are perfect for quickly mixing together your workout essentials, like making a protein shake or your pre-workout. I like the smaller ones because they are more portable and a bit cheaper, and they hold plenty of liquid for being able to mix together my workout supplements!

FitBit Versa 2 179.99

This was also in my Holiday Gift Guide for the Active Girl, but it is of course perfect for men as well! You can track your stats of each workout, time your workouts, and listen to music that you’ve downloaded. Fitness bands are an essential gym accessory in my opinion, and this one is great quality and not too expensive for all of the features it offers.

GAT Sport Nitraflex Pump $36.99

Another product that my boyfriend absolutely swears by. I have never tried this one because it has ingredients that help boost your testosterone (which I don’t want), but it is perfect for getting the absolute most out of your workout. It gives you a great pump but doesn’t cause a headache or jitters, and this one is caffeine free (but they also have one with caffeine if that’s what you prefer).

TOZO T6 Wireless Earbuds $39.99

These are great for being able to workout with music, because they aren’t intrusive in any way. There is not wire to juggle around, and they can connect with any device you have that is Bluetooth enabled. They would go along perfectly with the FitBit Versa 2!

321 STRONG Foam Roller $26.99

Perfect for post workout cool downs, this roller is something I could not live without! It works great to loosen up my muscles after a workout, and it is great for speeding up recovery time. It’s an absolute must have.

DEGOL Skipping Rope 7.99

Cardio is not the most fun way to workout, but this jump rope makes it a bit more bearable. For one, jumping rope for 10 minutes burns as many calories as running for a full 30 minutes, so you’re definitely being time efficient. Plus, it’s more fun! I jump-rope through two songs and BAM, cardio is done. You can also jump rope anywhere, and with the weather getting colder and the gyms being closed, it’s a great alternative to going for a run or bike ride.

Sidekick Tool Resistance Bands 20.00

These are great warm-up tools, but you can also use them to get in a killer workout! Just google “resistance bands workouts” and a bunch of different routines will pop up that will have your muscles burning afterward. These are a much more affordable option than buying your own set of dumbbells, and they are very convenient and easy to take with you everywhere. Every time I go out of town and I know I won’t have access to the gym, I bring these with me and I’m still able to get in my workouts!

That’s it for this gift guide! Let me know what you think of these gifts in the comment section; do any of these sound like gifts you would want, or would want to get for someone? I will see you all on Monday for Blogmas Day Four: A Christmas Tree Workout! Until then, I hope you have a great weekend!

  1. Thank you for this. I’ve been struggling with what to get my husband and now I am reminded that we quit our gym membership due to cost. He still does MMA, but we were going to start working out at home. So many great ideas here.
